Card reloads: Monday through Thursday: 8:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
Certification is by appointment. Call 937-382-2862 to schedule an appointment.
Office hours
Monday through Thursday: 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
Friday: 7:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. and 12:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.
The WIC office and clinic are closed all state holidays and during level 3 snow emergencies.
