Charlie F. Fischer Society For Crippled Children

The Charles F. Fischer Society for Crippled Children was founded in 1980 for the purpose of assisting in the maintenance and care of handicapped or medically needy children (ages up to 21 years) who are residents of Clinton County.  The Society provides financial resources to assist in meeting the medical, dental, optical, or mental health needs of such children.

These services may include: prescription assistance, transportation assistance, dental/orthodontia assistance, summer speech program, medical bills and etc.

To request help for these purposes, call the Nursing Department at  937-382-7221  Ext 4113 or Ext 4118. (ask for Hannah or Sam)

County agencies that serve children may request grants from the Charles F. Fischer Society for Crippled Children by submitting a request in writing. Application is available here: Charlie Fischer Application for agencies
