Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing September 16, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Entrance B, Wilmington.

2026-13 – Neal and Amy Bond, owner, are requesting a Variance to CCZR 2.08, Table 8 to allow less than the minimum lot frontage of 150’ to 31’.  The property is zoned A-3 Agriculture Residential Transition District, 4577 S SR 72, Wayne Township, Parcel ID 350030401000000.

RURAL ZONING COMMISSION

CLINTON COUNTY, OHIO

Notice is hereby given that the Rural Zoning Commission of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing September 22, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Wilmington.

06-2026 – The purpose of the hearing is to review and make a recommendation on a text amendment to the Clinton County Zoning Resolution. Proposed new text to Article 12.03, to add “metal shipping containers” to the definition of Accessory Structures.

07-2026 – The purpose of the hearing is to review and make a recommendation on a text amendment to the Clinton County Zoning Resolution. Proposed new text to Article 10.07, to add a review by Clinton County Regional Planning Commission to the procedures for text/map amendments, conditional use and variance applications.

Interested persons may attend the public hearing, contact our office, or view the text at 111 S Nelson Ave, Suite 8, M-F, 8a-4p, for 10 days before the date of the hearing.

At the conclusion of the hearing the proposed text amendments will be submitted to the Clinton County Board of Commissioners for action.
