RURAL ZONING COMMISSION

CLINTON COUNTY, OHIO

Notice is hereby given that the Rural Zoning Commission of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing June 23, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Wilmington.

2026-10 – James Eric Sams, owner, is requesting a Variance to CCZR 2.08, Table 8, to allow less than the required setback of 105’ from the centerline of the road for an accessory structure. The property is zoned A-3 Agriculture Residential Transition District, 3016 Dakins Chapel Rd, Wilson Township, Parcel ID 370032911000000.
