Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing May 20, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Entrance B Wilmington.
2026-06 – John Whitney Jr, owner, is requesting a Variance to CCZR 2.09, Table 9 to allow less than the required setback of 10’ from rear property line for an accessory structure. 2026-07 – Matthew and Kayla Burden, owners, are requesting a Variance to CCZR 3.04 (J) One Lot – One Dwelling. To allow more than one dwelling. The property is zoned A-3 Ag Residential, located at 906 Weisflock, Jefferson Twp, Parcel ID 140060503000000.

RURAL ZONING COMMISSION
CLINTON COUNTY, OHIO
Notice is hereby given that the Rural Zoning Commission of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing May 27, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Wilmington.
03-2026 The purpose of the hearing is to review and act on map amendments to the Clinton County Zoning Map. The property for proposed re-zone is a 12-acre parcel owned by LT Land Development LLC on SR 73, Parcel ID 270070403000100. The current zoning district is A-3 Ag Residential District, and the proposed zoning district is I-2 Industrial District.
