Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing October 21, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Entrance B Wilmington.

BZA 2026-14 – Steven Myers, owner, is requesting a Variance to CCZR 3.04 (J) One Lot – One Dwelling. To build a new dwelling while living in the existing and then remove the existing upon competition of the new dwelling. The property is zoned A-3 Agriculture Residential Transition District, 6900 Sabina Rd, Wilson Township, Parcel ID 370040207000000.

RURAL ZONING COMMISSION

CLINTON COUNTY, OHIO

Notice is hereby given that the Rural Zoning Commission of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing October 27, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Wilmington.

RZC 08-2026 – The purpose of the hearing is to review and make a recommendation on an amendment to the Clinton County Zoning Map. The property for proposed re-zone includes three parcels owned by LT Land Development LLC, at McCoy Rd, Parcel ID 270070401000000 and 270070402000000; and Old SR 73, 270070403000000. The current zoning district is A-3 Agricultural Residential Transition District and the proposed zoning district is I-2 Industrial District.

RZC 09-2026 – The purpose of the hearing is to review and make a recommendation on an amendment to the Clinton County Zoning Map. The property for proposed re-zone is owned by

Diverse Building Solutions, at 334 W Curry Rd, Parcel ID 190051605000000. The current zoning district is C-2 General Commercial and the proposed zoning district is I-1 Limited Industrial District. 

Interested persons may attend the public hearing, or view application at 111 S Nelson Ave, Suite 8, M-F, 8a-4p, for 10 days before the date of the hearing.

At the conclusion of the hearing the proposed amendment will be submitted to the Clinton County Board of Commissioners for action.
