RURAL ZONING COMMISSION

CLINTON COUNTY, OHIO

POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE - Notice is hereby given that the Rural Zoning Commission of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing July 28, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Wilmington.

05-2026 – The purpose of the hearing is to review and act on a text amendment to the Clinton County Zoning Resolution, Article 2.14 (B) and 2.15 (B), to move Data Centers from a Permitted Use to a Conditional Use in the Allowed Uses and Dimensional Regulations table. As well as update Article 3.03 (Table 16) Use Table to update Data Center from “P” to ”C”.

Interested persons may attend the public hearing or contact our office 937-382-3335 or buildingandzoning@clintoncountyohio.us to view the text and application. Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

At the conclusion of the hearing the text amendment will be submitted to the Clinton County Board of Commissioners for action.
