Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing August 19, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Entrance B Wilmington.

2026-11 – James Williams, trustee, is requesting a Variance to CCZR 2.08, Table 8 to allow less than the minimum lot area of 2 acres for a lot of 1.125 with an existing home. The property is zoned A-3 Agriculture Residential Transition District, 4645 SR 380, Chester Township, Parcel ID 030050513000000.

2026-12 – James Williams, trustee, is requesting a Variance to CCZR 2.08, Table 8 to allow less than the minimum lot area of 2 acres for a lot of 1.391 with an existing home. The property is zoned A-3 Agriculture Residential Transition District, 4645 SR 380, Chester Township, Parcel ID 030050513000000.

RURAL ZONING COMMISSION

CLINTON COUNTY, OHIO

Notice is hereby given that the Rural Zoning Commission of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing August 25, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Wilmington.

04-2026 – The purpose of the hearing is to review and act on a map amendment to the Clinton County Zoning Map. The property for proposed re-zone is a .141-acre parcel owned by John Michael and Lynette Dobyns, Anderson Road, Parcel ID 270011548000000. The current zoning district is S-R Suburban Residential District, and the proposed zoning district is R-R Rural Residential District.

At the conclusion of the hearing the text amendment will be submitted to the Clinton County Board of Commissioners for action.
