Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing September 16, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Entrance B, Wilmington.

2026-13 – Neal and Amy Bond, owner, are requesting a Variance to CCZR 2.08, Table 8 to allow less than the minimum lot frontage of 150’ to 31’.  The property is zoned A-3 Agriculture Residential Transition District, 4577 S SR 72, Wayne Township, Parcel ID 350030401000000.

RURAL ZONING COMMISSION

CLINTON COUNTY, OHIO

Notice is hereby given that the Rural Zoning Commission of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing September 22, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Entrance B, Wilmington.

06-2026 – The purpose of the hearing is to review and act on a text amendment to the Clinton County Zoning Resolution. Proposed new text to Article 12.03, to add “metal shipping containers” to the definition of Accessory Structures.

07-2026 – The purpose of the hearing is to review and act on a text amendment to the Clinton County Zoning Resolution. Proposed new text to Article 10.07, to add review by Clinton County Regional Planning Commission to multiple sections.

Interested persons may attend the public hearing or contact our office 937-382-3335 or buildingandzoning@clintoncountyohio.us to view the text and application. Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

At the conclusion of the hearing the text amendment will be submitted to the Clinton County Board of Commissioners for action.
