Commissioners Regular Session Meetings are open to the public and are held on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning at 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. or until the end of business. If you wish to meet and have time with the Commissioners you will need to call the Commissioners' office at 937.382.2103 to schedule an appointment to meet with the Board of Commissioners.
If you wish to meet with the Board of Commissioners you can do by calling their office for an appointment at 937.382.2103 from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Mondays - Fridays. You can then be scheduled to meet with the Board of Commissioners during their Regular Session meeting days. Each appointment is allotted at least 15 minutes to 1 hour. If more time is needed you will need to discuss this with the Clerks at the time of your call. For your appointment, if needed the office has a projector and a smart TV to display power points or handouts for your discussion with the Board of Commissioners.
To display a sign in the sign holder at the corner of Main and South Streets, or to place a banner or use the public space around the courthouse, you must first complete an application. It has to be approved by both the Sheriff's Department and the County Commissioners.
