Audio Recording Request

Public sessions are audio recorded. To request a copy of any particular meeting, please fill out the form below.

In requesting a copy of the audio recording, please identify the date which you are requesting. The recording of the entire session will be provided. Please be sure that your email box can accommodate receipt of large files so that the email with the attachment will be deliverable.  Our office is glad to respond to your request and will provide a recording of a single date within 10 business days. Requests for multiple dates will be provided in a timely manner but may take longer.

If your email box will not accommodate large files, or if prefer to pick up a thumb drive with the requested audio, or have it mailed, please contact our office via email at (email address) or call 937.382.2103. There is a small fee to cover the cost of the thumb drive.
