Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing April 15, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Entrance B, Wilmington.

2026-03 – Dale & Debbie Achtermann, owner, is requesting a Variance to CCZR 2.08, Table 8 to allow less than the required front setback from 105’ to 76’. The property is zoned A-3 Ag Residential, located at 10677 SR 28, Green Township, Parcel ID 110053408000000.

2026-04 – Clinton County Commissioners c/o Clinton County Regional Airport, is requesting a Variance to CCZR 3.10 (5) Table 22, to allow more than the allotted Ground Floor Area. The property is zoned R-R, located at 1581 N Curry Rd, Union Township, Parcel ID 270011919000000.

2026-05 – Adams Township Trustees (School Gym), owner, is requesting a Variance to CCZR 2.09, Table 9 to allow less than the required front setback from 105’ to 86’. The property is zoned R-R Rural Residential, located at 389 S Beechgrove Rd, Adams Township, Parcel ID 015011242000000.
