2026-05 – Adams Township Trustees (School Gym), owner, is requesting a Variance to CCZR 2.09, Table 9 to allow less than the required front setback from 105’ to 86’. The property is zoned R-R Rural Residential, located at 389 S Beechgrove Rd, Adams Township, Parcel ID 015011242000000.
