NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

RURAL ZONING COMMISSION

CLINTON COUNTY, OHIO

Notice is hereby given that the Rural Zoning Commission of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing June 23, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Wilmington.

03-2026 - The purpose of the hearing is to review and act on a map amendment to the Clinton County Zoning Map, previously reviewed on June 23. This hearing will include a review from Clinton County Regional Planning Commission. The property for proposed re-zone is a 12-acre parcel owned by LT Land Development LLC on SR 73, Parcel ID 270070403000100. The current zoning district is A-3 Ag Residential District, and the proposed zoning district is I-2 Industrial District.
