Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing February 18, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Entrance B Wilmington.
2026-01 – Chad Taylor, owner, is requesting a Variance to CCZR 2.09, Table 9 to allow less than the required setback for an accessory structure from the centerline of road from 105’ to 88’. The property is zoned R-R Rural Residential, located at 44 Deer Run Court, Union Township, Parcel ID 270021003004600.

RURAL ZONING COMMISSION
CLINTON COUNTY, OHIO
Notice is hereby given that the Rural Zoning Commission of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing February 24, 2026, at 5:30 pm, in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Wilmington.
01-2026 The purpose of the hearing is to review and act on a text amendment to the Clinton County Zoning Resolution. This amendment includes adding minimum square foot requirements of 864 sq ft for a single-family dwelling that was omitted during the latest update. The sections to include the addition are Tables 4, 6, 8, 9 and 10.
