Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing March 18, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Entrance B Wilmington.

2026-02 – David Guy, owner, is requesting a Variance to CCZR 2.09, Table 9 to allow less than the required setback for lot frontage of 150 feet. The property is zoned R-R Rural Residential, located at 4012 Westboro Rd, Marion Township, Parcel ID 210031503000000.

RURAL ZONING COMMISSION

CLINTON COUNTY, OHIO

Notice is hereby given that the Rural Zoning Commission of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing March 24, 2026, at 5:30 pm, in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Wilmington.

02-2026 - The purpose of the hearing is to review and act on a map amendment to the Clinton County Zoning Map to rezone properties that have two zoning districts; to update districts that had no zoning assigned; and update other districts as seen appropriate. A complete list of the parcels may be seen on our website or by contacting our office.
