Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing, April 16, 2025, at 5:30 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Wilmington.
BZA 2025-6 Michael Ledford, owner, represented by attorney, Tyler Hoffer, is requesting a Similar Use determination per CCZR 3.07 (A) (4) to store his equipment related to his business on his 26.13 acres of agriculture land. BZA 2025-7 Robert Holbert, owner, is requesting a Variance to CCZR 4.01 (E) Accessory Buildings, to allow an accessory structure with more than the maximum floor area. The property in question is located in Green Township at 1829 Fife Road, Wilmington OH, Parcel ID 100010208000100.
