Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing, August 20, 2025, at 5:30 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Wilmington.


2025-18 – Matt Angst, owner, is requesting a Variance to CCZR 4.01 (E) for 1500 sq ft for an accessory structure when the max allowed is 1200 sq ft. The property in question is located at 4011 S Beechgrove Rd, Parcel ID 270140307000800.

 

2025-19 – Karen & Brian Preston, owner, is requesting a Variance to CCZR 4.01 (E) for increase in accessory structure size from 1635 sq ft permitted to 2100 sq ft.  The property in question is located at 1165 Orchard Rd, Parcel ID 270020607000000.


2025-20 – Joshua & Ashley Martin, on behalf of Todd & Sandra Martin, owner, is requesting a Variance to CCZR 3.19 (C) (2) for less than the required 150’ of road frontage for a parcel in the R-R district.   The property is located at 2671 Prairie Road, Parcel ID 270030605000000.


2025-21 – Justin & Danielle Brown, owner, is requesting a Variance to CCZR 4.01 (E) for increase in accessory structure floor area from 7500 sq ft permitted to 8500 sq ft. The property is located at 4094 Old State Route 73, Parcel ID 270070606000000.
