Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing, November 20, 2024 at 6:00 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Wilmington. Juan Lopez, owner, is requesting a variance to CCZR 4.01 (E) for greater than the maximum ground floor area for an accessory structure. The property in question is 1777 Shawnee Trace Rd, Blanchester, OH, Parcel ID 210030411000000.

Rural Zoning Commission

Regular meeting to be held on November 19, 2024 at 6:00 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Wilmington. The purpose is to approve minutes form the previous meeting, discuss the ongoing Zoning Resolution re-write. Public is welcome to attend.
