Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing, June 18, 2025, at 5:30 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Wilmington.
2025-13 – Dennis and Tina Hogel, owner, is requesting a Variance to CCZR 3.18 (C) (4), to allow an accessory structure with less than the required front yard setback of 105’ to +/- 30’. The property in question is located at 1643 Stingley Rd, Wilmington, Parcel ID 030030609000000.
2025-14 – Larry Speelman, owner, is requesting a Variance to CCZR 4.01 (C), to allow an accessory structure with less than the required side yard setback of 10’ to 7’. The property in question is located at 768 Worthington Rd, Wilmington, Parcel ID 270130805000000.
2025-15 – CESO on behalf of Speedway, and Toebben Companies owner of property, is requesting a Conditional Use per CCZR 3.23 B 1 (3.21 B 7), Automotive Services, for a Speedway fuel station and convenience store, and truck fueling center to accommodate commercial vehicles. The two properties in question are at 7078 SR 73 W and the corner of State Routes 73 and 380, Wilmington OH, in Chester Township, Parcel IDs 030060201000000 and 030060204000000.
