Plot Plans

A Plot Plan is a dimensional drawing of a property, which indicates the proposed placement of a structure. 

Although not typically required to be to scale, a reasonable representation of the size and shape of the lot is required when submitting a new building permit application. 

A plot plan is needed for all New Construction, Residential, or Commercial.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING DECEMBER 10, 2020

REGARDING ZONING AMENDMENT

INCLUDING WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP

Notice is hereby given that the Rural Zoning Commission of Clinton County, OH, on the 10th day of December, 2020 at 6:00 p.m., at the Washington Township Garage 162 SR 350, Wilmington, Ohio 45177.  The Rural Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Resolution of Clinton County, OH, to hear the amendment. Said amendment will include adding Washington Township as an area zoned and regulated pursuant to the Clinton County Rural Zoning Resolution, as Amended. Docket #RZC 2020-4. Approval by the Clinton County Rural Zoning Commission, Clinton County Regional Planning Commission, and Clinton County Commissioners are required before a vote could be held by the electors of Washington Township to adopt said Rural Zoning Resolution as amended in Washington Township.

The Public Meeting will occur and may be accessible in person and teleconference line. The conference telephone number is 1-866-899-4679 with access code 761-539-901. The public hearing is being conducted pursuant to R.C. 303.06 to review the Rural Zoning Commission zoning plan and proposed zoning map which may be found on the Clinton County Building and Zoning website www.co.clinton.oh.us/departments/BuildingandZoning.

Written suggestions, questions, or objections to the revision of said proposed amendment may be filed

with the Zoning Department prior to the hearing or presented to the Clinton County Rural Zoning Commission at the hearing. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary. 

After the conclusion of the hearing, the Rural Zoning Commission of Clinton County will submit this matter to the Clinton County Regional Planning Commission to consider for its said action.
