The primary responsibility of the Clinton County Solid Waste Management District is to prepare, ratify, and implement a solid waste plan that ensures residents have access to adequate solid waste disposal capacity and complies with the goals established in the state solid waste management plan.
Wilmington-South Drop-off Recycling Lot CLOSED effective June 3rd
The recycling site located at 1025 S. South St. in Wilmington (in front of the JFS Building) is permanently closed effective June 3rd to allow for parking lot improvements and the addition of green space. We apologize for the inconvenience, but invite you to visit one of our other recycling drop-off locations.
