Judge John W. “Tim” Rudduck

Judge Rudduck is a 1971 graduate of Miami University (Oh).  After college, Judge Rudduck joined the United States Army.  His Military Occupational Speciality (MOS) was Military Police.  He served from 1971 – 1973.

Judge Rudduck received his Juris Doctorate in 1976 from the Ohio State University School of Law.  From 1976 – 1979 Judge Rudduck worked for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office as an Assistant A.G.

In 1979 Judge Rudduck went into private practice with William Peelle to form the Peelle & Rudduck Law Firm.

In 1985 Judge Rudduck left private practice to become the Judge of the Clinton County Municipal Court, a position he held until December 31, 2000.

On January 1, 2001 Judge Rudduck was elected Judge for the Clinton County Common Pleas Court.  Judge Rudduck is currently in his 4th term as Judge of the Common Pleas Court.
