**Your Inspection Is Not Scheduled Until You Receive Confirmation From The Building & Zoning Office.
We will make all attempts to schedule your inspection on your requested date, however, there may be times that we are unable to accommodate that specific day.
Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the inspection date.
- Electrical(Service Reconnects), Footer/slab inspections have priority over other types of inspections
- The Building Permit showing the permit number and location of the project must be on the job. Also, you will need your approved set of plans on the job site before the inspection can proceed
- All work being inspected must be complete and ready prior to inspection
- Contractor Codes are issued to the Contractor upon the Application Process
