| Dental is offered through Superior Dental Care. The plan has a $1,500 annual maximum per person covered and a $1,000 lifetime orthodontia maximum. The vision plan through VSP offers vision exams once per year for a $10 Copay. Frames are covered up to $140 on preferred brands or the plan allows $130 in contact expenses. | Clinton County provides a $50,000 term life and accidental death & dismemberment policy at no cost. Employees may purchase additional term life insurance on a voluntary basis. Employees working 30+ hours per week can purchase short term and long term disability which provide income protection in the event of an extended illness or disability. |
