Open Enrollment

Open enrollment occurs in the fall of each year, please watch for announcements and deadlines. Open enrollment changes are effective on January 1 of each year. Benefits enrollment is irrevocable for the calendar/plan year and may not be changed unless there is a qualifying event.  For mid-year qualifying events, changes must be submitted no later than 30 days of the event to be considered.

Annual Benefit Enrollment

Annual Benefits Enrollment typically occurs in the fall for a January 1st effective date.  Enrollment forms or changes must be submitted by the deadline to be considered a timely enrollment. Enrollment requests or changes in enrollment submitted past the deadline may not be accepted.

Irrevocability of Enrollment Qualifying Events and Family Status Changes

Employees may make changes to their benefit elections at annual enrollment.  Changes in enrollment may also be made during the calendar year only in the event there is a qualified family status change.  Otherwise, enrollment may not be changed during the calendar year.
