NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING REGARDING ZONING AMENDMENT- Docket #RZC 2022-2

Notice is hereby given that the Rural Zoning Commission of Clinton County, OH, will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Clinton County Zoning Resolution on the 30th day of March, 2022 at 9:30 a.m., in the Commissioners Room, 2nd Floor, Clinton County Courthouse, 46 S. South St., Wilmington, Ohio 45177.  The proposed amendment to the Zoning Map of Clinton County, Ohio, is the rezoning request for rezoning of property located at 0 Sprague Rd., (parcel #300021231000000) being 45.42 acres in Vernon Township.

The proposed amendment involves consideration of a requested zoning change by Myron K. Hale, applicant, for the property located at 0 Sprague Rd., (parcel#300021231000000) being 45.42 acres in Vernon Township, from R-R Rural Residential District to A-3 Agriculture – Residential Transition District. The property is owned by Myron K. Hale, 547 Sprague Rd., Wilmington, Ohio 45177. Docket #RZC 2022-2

Written suggestions or objections to the revision of said proposed amendment may be filed either at the Zoning Department prior to the hearing or presented to the Clinton County Rural Zoning Commission at the hearing.
