Special Purpose Flood Damage Resolution

PUBLIC NOTICE

After two public hearings held on October 6th and October 13th, 2021, the Clinton County Board of Commissioners adopted the Special Purpose Flood Damage Reduction Resolution in regular session on October 13, by Resolution No. 21-1135. The resolution shall take effect on the thirty-first day following the date of its adoption, November 13, 2021. Resolution 208 adopted on April 16, 1987, and Resolution 10-498 adopted on April 21, 2010, are hereby repealed. The resolution may be examined at the Clinton County Commissioner’s Office and the Clinton County Engineer’s Office Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-4:00pm.

This notice will be published in the Wilmington News Journal on October 16, 2021, as well as the Clinton County website at: https://co.clinton.oh.us/
