Commissioners Issue Proclamation Honoring the COVID Vaccine Clinic Volunteers in Clinton County

Wednesday, March 21st, the County Commissioners visited the Vaccine Clinic at Southern State to recognize all of the Volunteers who have contributed 1,500 hours of service to their community at vaccine clinics in the County. The Week of April 18-24 was recognized as Volunteer Appreciation Week. The effort to provide vaccines to eligible county residents has involved complicated logistics, hours of preparation, flexibility, many volunteers, and coordination with the ever-changing state and CDC guidelines. Today was a day to honor all of those volunteers who have given so selflessly to provide services at all levels- administrative, medical, and logistical support.
