Am I able to contact you prior to coming to the center because I have several records to research?

We can be contacted by email (clintoncountyrecords@gmail.com)  prior to you visiting so that we are able to learn any research information as to assist you more efficiently. 

I need a copy of Deeds of my house, how can I get a copy?

For Deeds AFTER 1856, please contact the Recorders Office at 937-382-2067.

How can I get a copy of my marriage license?

For marriage certificates AFTER 1928, please contact Probate Court at 937-382-2280.

Where can I get a copy of a death certificate?

Death certificates AFTER 1908 are at the Health Department. Please call them at 937-382-3829.

How can I get a copy of my birth certificate?

Birth certificates AFTER 1908 are at the Health Department. Please call them at 937-382-3829.

How much do you charge for copies of records?

Digital records are free. For paper copies we charge after 20 copies.
