Plumbing
The commercial and residential plumbing inspection program is supported through the Environmental Health Division. The plumbing program is a service provided to ensure that safe and adequate plumbing is installed throughout Clinton County. Registration of plumbers, issuing permits, and performing inspections are all part of the plumbing program.
