Facility Services is responsible for a wide-range of facility oversight and grounds maintenance functions for most of the county buildings and properties.

The office manages construction and renovation projects, oversees third-party services and contracts, provides preventative maintenance services and responds to work orders for plumbing, electric, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
