The Clinton County Port Authority is a special purpose government formed to operate transportation
infrastructure and lead economic development efforts. The Port Authority coordinates partnerships to attract and retain jobs and investment county-wide. It owns and operates the Wilmington Air Park, an integrated aviation and logistics business park with 1,900 acres and nearly three million square feet of industrial, office and hangar space.

Boards of County Commissioners are the general administrative body for county government.

The Dog Warden of Clinton County, Ohio responds to issues such as a lost dog, dog bite or attack, stray dogs and neglect. We handle dog related issues only.

Emergency Management also assists local communities in acquiring grant funds from the Ohio Emergency Management Agency to help offset the cost of various projects.
Emergency Management utilizes the skills of volunteers to provide help. Our Amateur Radio group supplies emergency back up communications during disasters and special events.

It is our mission to design, build and maintain a safe, efficient, and accessible transportation system that will foster economic growth and personal travel.

Facility Services is responsible for a wide-range of facility oversight and grounds maintenance functions for most of the county buildings and properties.

The Clinton County Human Resource Department is responsible for personnel administration and employee benefits for the employees of Clinton County, Ohio.

The Clinton Soil and Water Conservation District works to improve and preserve soil, water, and natural resources in Clinton County, Ohio through technical assistance and education.

The primary responsibility of the Clinton County Solid Waste Management District is to prepare, ratify, and implement a solid waste plan that ensures residents have access to adequate solid waste disposal capacity and complies with the goals established in the state solid waste management plan.

The mission of the Clinton County Veterans’ Service Office Commission is to provide service to our nations honorably discharged veterans by assisting them in gaining access to federal and local entitlement programs managed by the DVA (Department of Veteran’s Affairs) and the VSC (Veterans’ Service Commission). We will at no cost to the veteran, assist him/her and or their dependent parents, spouses or children in the preparation and management of claims for benefits to which they may be legally entitled.
