Promoting Environmental Awareness & Recycling in
Clinton County Schools
The Clinton County Solid Waste Management District is pleased to announce that it will be offering the P.E.A.R. Grant (Promoting Environmental Awareness & Recycling) to any public or private school located in Clinton County. The purpose of the P.E.A.R. Grant program is to provide schools with the necessary resources to educate their students about the importance of caring for the environment and to implement recycling and litter prevention activities on their campuses. The SWMD has allocated a total of $3,000 toward the 2012 P.E.A.R. Grant program. To learn more about this grant, please check out the handbook and related forms below.
