Immunizations are available for infants, children, adolescents and adults. CCHD participates in the Vaccine for Children (VFC) Program through the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) which enables children 18 and under to receive vaccines at a reduced cost. Read more
Communicable Disease Investigations
Reports of suspected and confirmed cases of disease and outbreaks should be made to the local health jurisdiction of the case’s residence or location of outbreak. To report diseases or outbreaks in Clinton County, please call 24/7 central reporting at (937) 382-7221 or fax the Communicable Disease Report Form to (937) 382-7027. Read more
United Way Blood Pressure Clinics
Through the United Way program, the Clinton County Health Department is able to offer Blood Pressure screenings to the senior citizens of Clinton County. Blood Pressure clinics are scheduled four times a year at the community’s senior centers. Read more
