The Help Me Grow home visiting program helps to promote the well being of children who are at risk for developmental delay and their families.
Public Health Nurses serve children and their families by providing home visits, service coordination, health screening, parent education, referral for immunizations, and other needed medical care, as well as linkages to community resources.
