Geoffrey, his wife Debby and daughter Hannah are residents of Denver Place on the north side of Wilmington.

Geoffrey has a BS degree in business administration (accounting major) from The Ohio State University.

He brings to the Treasurer’s office 25 years of experience as a Bank Vice-President with Liberty Savings Bank.

In January, 2011 Geoffrey became the Clinton County Treasurer after serving the Wilmington community as its City Treasurer for 29 years.

Geoffrey serves on the Board of Trustees for the Former County Hospital, was on the Clinton County YMCA Board for 9 years and is a Deacon and Sunday School Teacher for Faith Baptist Church.
