Clinton County government plays an important role in the lives of our citizens, villages, townships and the entire community.
Through the cooperation of elected officials and dedicated employees the county government is responsible for managing courts, the sheriff’s office and county jail, records and vital statistics, building and maintaining roads and bridges, providing a human-services safety net the Department of Jobs and Family Services and overseeing many other important programs and services.
