Who We Are
The Clinton County Family and Children First Council (FCFC) is proud to:

Provide a county service mechanism through the Child Intervention Team (CIT) for families experiencing difficulties in their family life and with their children.

Have its membership meet monthly (except July and December) to collaborate and to share information and programs. Meetings are open to the public and are the 4th Tuesday at 10:30 A.M. at the Clinton County Office Annex Community Room

Consist of mandated members from certain county agencies through the Ohio Revised Code (121.37), and also includes Parent Representatives.

Help support and oversee programs including CIT, Help Me Grow, and 123 Magic: Easy to Learn Parenting Solutions.

Be under the leadership of CIT Coordinator Mary Alice LaJoie and FCFC Coordinator Marsha Wagstaff.
