RULES AND CONDITIONS

• For Clinton County residents, farmers, municipalities & townships ONLY
• All Tires must be off rim
• Limited funding available to support this collection program
• Registrations will be accepted in the order received
• The number of participants or tires may be limited
• Cash or Checks Accepted
• No Phone Registrations
• Prior to stop by the Clinton SWCD office at 111 S. Nelson Ave Suite 5 to:
  • Register the number of tires
  • Set up drop off time
  • Make your payment
  • Once registered there will be no refunds available

ACCORDING TO THE OHIO REVISED CODE ALL TIRES MUST BE SECURED AND TARPED UNLESS YOU HAVE AN ENCLOSED VEHICLE.

NOTE: Large earthmoving equipment tires are NOT accepted

We CANNOT accept tires from junk yards, garages, auto repair shops, tire, automobile, truck, and farm-equipment dealerships or motorcycle/ATV repair shops or dealerships.
