Mr. Daniel Kosanovich
Mr. Daniel N. Kosanovich is an attorney with private offices in Dayton. He is a Vice President of the Research & Education Project, Inc. His practice is committed to resolving disputes through the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms such as mediation and arbitration. He has been involved in dispute resolution nationally since 1993. In 1996, after receiving an Ohio Supreme Court $100,000 Civil Mediation Grant, our Court hired Mr. Kosanovich on a part-time basis to mediate civil matters referred to him by the presiding judge.
