Bailiff Robert R. Wisecup

Bailiff Wisecup is a 1968 graduate of Wilmington High School.  After graduation, Bob joined the United States Air Force Reserve, and served until 1973.  In 1976 Bob joined the United States Army National Guard and was a member of the Guard until 1981.

Bob began his law enforcement career in 1971 at the Lebanon Correctional Institution.  During his career at L.C.I., Bob assended the ranks from Corrections Officer to Captain.  Bob held additional positions as Activity Therapy Administrator; and Recreation Director.  Bob retired from LC.I. in 2001 after 30 years of service with the Ohio Department of Rehabilation and Corrections.

Bob is a Bailiff for the Clinton County Common Pleas Court and currently serves in the Domestic Relations Division, working with Magistrate Helen Rowlands.
