How Do I Apply For Adoption?

Prospective adoptive applicants can contact Trisha Curran, Clinton County Children Services Adoption Coordinator at 937-382-5935, extension 1350, or by e-mail at childrenservices@cinci.rr.com. At your request, an adoption application will be sent to your home to complete. Please be sure to include your name, address and telephone number. If you return the application and it reflects your interest in special needs children, Trisha will meet with you to go over the various required documentation that you will need to complete.
