The Clinton County CSEA automatically helps families receiving ADC (Aid to Dependent Children) or Medicaid. If you are on ADC, child support will be assigned to the State to reimburse the State for the public assistance grant you receive.
Non-recipients of ADC who reside in Clinton County can also receive our service by simply completing a IVD (4D) application, which can be obtained by calling 937-382-5726. The application fee has been waived and there is no charge for our services.
