Scope of Services
Town and Country ESC staff members work closely with the four school districts and other service providers in Clinton County to ensure, through coordination, that all systems work together to provide quality services to eligible children.
Some of the services provided by T&C ESC include: Early Intervention; Transition from Early Intervention through the high school years; Assistance with supervision of Preschool and Multiple Disability services in the four school districts; Consultation with school staff members, families, and community partners; and Coordination of all services.
We believe that the foundation of all services begins with a solid Early Intervention program. As such, we embrace the concept of a team approach, which is best practice and research-based. The Early Intervention team consists of an Administrator, Early Intervention Specialists, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist, and Service Coordinators (Help Me Grow). The most appropriate team member collaborates with the team and then works with the family as a coach and guide.
